Omaida Delgado grew up in New Jersey. She is the Managing Partner and Founder of
Law Office of Omaida Delgado, P.A. Ms. Delgado practices in the areas of Real
Estate Closings, Refinance title work, Foreclosure and Modifications, Landlord
Tenant Issues, Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Traffic Citations. She also has
over 20-years experience in the Air Freight Industry and Business
Administration. She is well versed in trucking and customs regulations. Ms.
Delgado graduated in the top 2 percent of her class at Nova Southeastern
University where she majored in Legal Studies and was on the Dean's List every
semester. Ms. Delgado received monetary awards for her studies from UPS, and
Nova Southeastern University. After completing her undergraduate degree, Ms.
Delgado attended Nova Southeastern University Shepherd Broad Law Center, where
she graduated with Book Awards. Ms. Delgado also completed an internship with
the renowned firm of Billings, Cochran, Lyles, Mauro, & Ramsey in Medical
Malpractice Defense. Ms. Delgado worked as an associate for Robertson, Anshutz,
and Schneid, P.L. which handled debt collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and
real estate transactions. After gaining substantial knowledge in all areas of
Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy, and Personal Injury, Ms. Delgado founded Law Office
of Omaida Delgado, P.A.
Ms. Delgado is a member of the Florida Bar, Washington, D.C.Bar, S.D. of
Florida, N.D. of Florida, M.D. of Florida, and Bankruptcy Court of S.D. of
Florida, Broward County Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association and Weston
Bar Association.
Ms. Delgado is dedicated to her clients and committed to helping people and will
go the extra-mile to get your problem resolved. On her time off, she enjoys
spending time with her two children and husband of twenty plus years. She also
enjoys horseback riding, boating, and bicycling. She strives to help her clients
resolve their issues in the most cost effective way while still providing
excellent representation.
